Becoming part of the UN Global Compact initiative is further testament to our commitment to meet our sustainability goals as a business and team. To achieve this, we will be following the Ten Principles outlined by the initiative, ensuring that our strategies, procedures, policies and culture are set up for long-term success.
As part of our #StartSomethingGood ESG initiative that came to life in 2022, our team has made several trips to East Sussex to plant locally relevant, mixed native species trees. We have personally planted over 1,500 native trees to ensure the local and natural biodiversity for the future. Making a conscious effort to improve our carbon footprint, we also had amazing and hardworking days as a team away from our screens, bonding not just as colleagues but also friends. Click here for more information on our tree planting initiative. Furthermore, on a community and volunteer level, we have implemented a policy giving all our people two volunteer days every year to make a difference to causes and charities they feel passionate about.
As a new member of the UN Global Compact, we will continue our commitment to initiatives that will help us improve corporate sustainability.
