We are growing team of strategists, creators and technologists helping our global financial services clients deliver more impactful and engaging stories to their audiences. We are aiming to be the breath of fresh air to the US investment and financial services marketing space.

With an established EMEA base in London, an Asia Partnership in Hong Kong and Shanghai, we are aiming to now build our US business. We have an enviable global client base of financial services and investment sector clients which we are aiming to build upon. A large proportion of our clients are US headquartered and we aim to expand our reach with these clients and open up a to a much broader audience of new business in our area of specialisation.
The role
OUR OFFER

We’re seeking someone who can be our US Agency Lead.
You’ll be the first and most important of our US appointments and the key person able to work closely with the agency owners and principles to build our US business and operation.

As such our offer is one of a very competitive salary package commensurate with the role, with compelling package of benefits including healthcare, paid annual leave. In addition to this and based upon performance, there will an option for an equity stake in the business.

This is a package for the experienced, ambitious and motivated.

WHO YOU MIGHT BE

An agency Group Account Director with real financial services client experience who has reached their agency ceiling and wants to progress. Is truly confident of their abilities to win new clients and nuture and grow existing relationships, building profitable and award winning campaigns. Someone who wants to build their profile, their skill sets as well as commercial acumen, with the support of an experienced and globally minded board of directors.

An Agency Director who is stifled by circumstance and wants to be part of something bigger, growing, international and ambitious. Someone who wants to be part of a team that thinks and acts internationally for some real blue chip clients.

An agency New Business or Business Development Director who has more to offer than just a fabulous black-book. You are great with clients, people, strategic thinking, and commercially astute but a left very much at the introduction and have more marketing and business capabilities which aren’t being expressed or used to their potential.
