- You are a highly motivated and experienced person with strong business development, account direction, people skills combined with solid commercial acumen.
- You have a grounding and understanding of the world of financial services across investment, insurance and other products.

- You are strong new business generator and go-getter, with a proven track record of results.
- You are strong listener and can really grasp clients needs as well as the needs of a team and have experience of manaing key client campaigns and projects through at a C-Suite level to Junior Management.
- Can collaborate with other agency partners from media, PR, events, social and beyond.
- You also have great financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to produce monthly reports on accounts, profitability and forecasts.
- You want to be part of a forward thinking, respected and experienced global agency team, working with international and global financial services clients, across continents, with a media agnostic approach.
We’re seeking someone who can be our US Agency Lead.
You’ll be the first and most important of our US appointments and the key person able to work closely with the agency owners and principles to build our US business and operation.
