What the last couple of years has taught us is that we can be anywhere.
We loved the City because, even as a creative innovation business, we felt part of the community we work so closely with – the financial services and investment industry.
But for us now, Bermondsey, with its village feel and real sense of community, it feels right for our new home. It’s a vibrant, creative place that somehow feels lighter and brighter – perhaps more human. It’s a great place to be and work for all our teams to gather, collaborate and enjoy. This is a move for hearts as well as minds, as we look to make the most of the hybrid working model AND be in a place that makes our people happy when together under one roof.
The office refit is nearly complete, and our ambition is to make this a happy hybrid environment for lovely people. And being only 400 metres from London Bridge Station, all our commutes will be a little lighter, more sustainable and still connected to the community we work with so much in the City.
