With an established EMEA base in London, an Asia Partnership in Hong Kong and Shanghai, we are aiming to now build our US business. We have an enviable global client base of financial services and investment sector clients which we are aiming to build upon. A large proportion of our clients are US headquartered and we aim to expand our reach with these clients and open up a to a much broader audience of new business in our area of specialisation.
The role
From campaign concept writing, brand narratives, to content writing and longer copy, daily social posts, scripts and more, we need someone who believes that words really have purpose.
You’ll own the voice of our clients and our agency and be the master wordsmith.
As a lead linguistic engineer, you’ll need to:
- work on creative briefs in partnership with our strategy, creative and design teams to form ours and our clients’ voice.
- work across multiple clients, often working on several campaigns, pieces of content and communications at once, often to tight deadlines.
- You’ll get to write the big creative headlines and big ideas, to the smallest of detail
- As part of our team, you’ll be expected to listen and interpret client briefs, looking between it to find the real answer
- develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with an art director, creative or content specialist.
- present ideas to the client services teams for approval and development and then to your clients
- write clear, potent, compelling, original copy at every stroke of the pen
- actively write and create daily social post headlines and sub-copy
- proofread copy to check spelling and grammar
- amend, revise or redevelop adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from our internal teams or clients
- Working with our creative and client teams to oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion to ensure words are spoken (and the way you imagined them).
EXPERIENCE
Prior experience of working on financial services clients would be a real bonus, particularly any investment clients but not necessary.
A minimum of 5 years agency.
